The regulations define that \u201c<em>all packaging must be appropriately labelled in accordance with the applicable UNI technical standards and in compliance with the determinations of the European Commission, in order to facilitate its collection, reuse, recovery and recycling, as well as to provide consumers with correct information on the final destination of packaging<\/em>\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Obviously, the new regulation affects also our products, and we would like to inform you that we have already adapted our packaging to this requirement. All packaging &#8211; primary, secondary and tertiary &#8211; where this is possible contains the alpha-numeric coding required by Decision 97\/129\/EC.<br \/>\nWhere this is not applicable due to technical limitations strictly related to the shape and the nature of the packaging itself, you can find the detailed list with all the environmental labelling information in the downloadable file at the button below.<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"cta-news cta-pdf\" href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/duranteadesivi-lista-prodotti-etichettatura-ambientale.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">PACKAGING LABELLING LIST<\/a><\/p>\n<p>We would also like to remind you that the decree provides for the possibility of marketing packaging without the new ministerial environmental labelling requirements if it has already been placed on the market since 1 January 2023.
