Durante Adesivi, the Italian specialist in high performance industrial adhesives, announces the acquisition of Advatac Ltd, a UK manufacturer of PVAc and polyurethane dispersion (PUD) adhesives for the woodworking sector. The transaction marks a new milestone in a long standing partnership between the two companies and reinforces Durante Adesivi’s international growth strategy in advanced adhesive technologies.
Advatac, based in the UK, has earned its position as a trusted specialist by manufacturing its own water based adhesives for the woodworking industry while also commercializing selected hot melt technologies developed by Durante Adesivi. This complementary portfolio has helped Advatac establish a loyal customer base across the UK market.
The acquisition now formalizes this partnership and integrates Advatac fully into the Durante Adesivi organization.
